Jermaine Jackson Academy has been designed to address the need for effective and fun
basketball training. Unlike other programs available today, Jermaine Jackson Academy offers a
number of different options to introduce and teach the game of basketball. We offer leagues,
camps, and private instruction; each designed to guide your child through natural skill
progression.

As a participant in the Jermaine Jackson Academy, your child will:
* Learn effective habits for working in a team setting.
* Display enhanced listening comprehension and hand-eye coordination.
* Use drill and practice to master basketball fundamentals.
* Develop the skills, composure, and confidence to be effective at his/her position.
* Develop techniques needed to progress from beginning to advanced ball handling techniques.
* Master proper shooting mechanics.
* Learn how and when to pass the basketball.
* Gain an understanding of floor spacing.
* Gain confidence needed to excel on and off the basketball court.
* Improve stamina, endurance, and build muscle through strength and conditioning training.

Jermaine Jackson Academy is run by professional athletes.
Participants are taught by a staff that has experience in the NBA as
well as a number of leagues across Europe.
Jermaine Jackson is the founder of
Jermaine Jackson Academy.
Jermaine is a Detroit, MI native
and an alumnus of University of
Detroit-Mercy. He entered the NBA
in 1999 and last played for the
Milwaukee Bucks. He has also
played professionally in Europe for
a number of teams, winning the
2004 Italian Cup with Benetton
Treviso.
